Day 1: Arrival Hanoi – welcome to Vietnam

Welcome you to Hanoi, we will pick you up on arrival and transfer you to the downtown. Check in hotel and stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – full day city tour

Depart at 8:00 am from your hotel by van. We will begin our day by visiting Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and residential grounds learning about his great life.kl will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant for a taste of authentic Hanoi Pho (noodle soup). In the afternoon, choose from one of the numerous museums or temples around Hanoi (Museum of Ethnology, Women´s Museum, History Museum or Quan Thanh Temple).

In the late afternoon, take a cyclo trip around Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi´s fascinating Old Quarter. This is your chance to be in the midst of typical Hanoian life and Vietnamese culture. We finish our relaxing but informative day by attending a Water Puppet Show - a favorite experience for all visitors to Vietnam. We can help you to get back to your hotel if you wish, but often our guests would rather just spend the evening enjoying a drink with a view of the city. Tour finishes at about 4:30 pm. Dinner on your own.

Day 3: Hanoi – easy biking day trip outside of Hanoi

Have breakfast at hotel, then at 8:30 am we will start the tour to Duong Lam Village, a purely agricultural village of the Northern Red River delta where still preserve many hundred-year-old houses. Upon arrival, we start cycling through pass the rice paddies and abit of the mountain with greem farm see the beautiful scenary of the village to visit temples places dedicated to the Kings and national hero who make defeated chinese enemy. Continue riding around the village to discover the daily life and farming working of Vietnamese peasants along the terrace with a stop to visit ancient house back to 200 years ago.

Enjoy your special lunch with Vietnamese foods in an ancient house. Walk along tiny ancient alleys to visit Mong Phu communal house in Mong Phu hamlet and walk on foot to see local people living in the ancient village. Drive back to Hanoi around 4:00 pm. Take a rest and stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – Mai Chau – Pu Luong

Depart from your Hanoi hotel at 8:00 AM transferring to Mai Chau on our spectacular 4 hour drive. Upon arrival at Poom Coom village in Mai Chau, we take a short walk to visit the ethnic Thai people then lunch will be served.

Then, take a short car ride in about 1 hour before we set off for our easy walking through the beauty of Pu Luong nature reserve, see the stunning landscape, and see the daily life of locals there (Thai minorities). Arrive in Don village at the late afternoon, check in resort in Puluong for the first stay there.

Day 5: Puluong – trek through the village and terrace fields

Have breakfast at the lodge, then we will depart for the whole day to visit around Puluong reserve. You will take a short transfer to the local river where you do the bamboo rafting along a part of river and get the sightseeing, and do a short walk to visit the village nearby the river. At noon time, back to the lodge for lunch and take a short rest.

In the afternoon, you will explore around the village, see the stunning landcape of terrace fields and mountainous range and experience the daily life of locals. Back the lodge at the late afternoon, take a rest, enjoy your dinner on your own and stay overnight at Puluong resort

Day 6: Puluong – Visit Cuc Phuong National Park – Ninh Binh

Wake up early to enjoy the fresh atmosphere of Pu Luong Nature reserve, then you will have breakfast and check out resort and ready to leave to Cuc Phuong National Park, one of the oldest parks in Vietnam. We leave at 9:00 AM, and get the Park at noon time, enjoy your lunch at the local restaurant in the part.

In the afternoon, we will visit to the Primate Rescue Center, some walk within the park to explore insect and reptile spotting along the way. Then we will be on the van to Tam Coc- Ninh Binh. Check in hotel on arrival, take a rest and stay overnight in Tam Coc.

Day 7: Ninh Binh – visit Tam Coc – Hoa Lu – Mua caves

Have breakfast at hotel, then at 9:00 AM, our driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel for the tour today. You will take a local boat along the Ngo Dong river to visit Tam Coc (three different caves). Then, biking tour around Tam Coc Area and enjoy Vietnamese tea break, keep going to visit Mua cave The place attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps, here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside of Tam Coc region. Your lunch will be served at the local restaurant.

After lunch, you will visit Hoa Lu ancient capital of Viet Nam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of two kings in Chinese Wars. Coming back hotel at the late afternoon.

Day 8: Ninh Binh – Halong, welcome on luxury boat  

Have breakfast at hotel, then by 8:00 AM, you will depart for Halong Bay trip on private car (about 4 hours) from your hotel. Arrive in Halong city at noon time, enjoy your lunch at the local restaurant, then we take a short transfer to the port around 1:30 PM. Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefingwhile you cruise to BaiTu Long Bay and admire the fascinating formations. Enjoy paddling around Cap La (a fishing village) and Tra San by kayak before we keep cruising to Cong Do and back to the junk for some swimming or enjoying the sunset. Have dinner and overnight on board.

Day 9: Explore Bai Tu Long Bay & BBQ lunch on the beach

Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s landscape.

At 7:30 AM, you have breakfast in the fresh air on board then take morning cruise to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay with the thousands of islands and islets. Our BBQ lunch will be served on while beach or boat depend on water level and weather before cruising to Hon Co island for swimming or kayaking to discover the stunning scenery of the Bay. Back to our junk, take rest on your own cabin or enjoy your relaxing time.

Day 10: Bai Tu Long Bay – Vung Vieng – Hanoi – fly to Phu Quoc

Take one more chance to enjoy the fresh air and gentle breeze of the BaiTu Long Bay – a hidden charm in the early morning. Have breakfast on board at 7:30 AM, then take a morning cruise around the magnificent scenery of the Bay to VungVieng fishing village. We visit this village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms. There is ample time for the 10:30 -11:00 AM check-out from the cabin while cruising back. Have lunch on the boat as we slowly cruise back to the port. Arrive at around 12:35 – 1:00 PM, we are ashore and hit the road back to Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi around 5:30 PM. We will transfer you straight to the airport for the flight to Phu Quoc. Pick up airport on arrival, check in and stay overnight in Phu Quoc island.

Day 11, 12, 13, 14: Phu Quoc – Your beach holiday

You will have four full days for relaxing on the beach or join some activities at this island: diving, snorkeling, visit the Vinpearl/Sunworld water part those are suitable for your kids.

Day 15: Phu Quoc – HCM/Hanoi - Departure 

Have breakfast at resort. Depend on your international flight tickets, we will arrange the suitable flight for you back to HCM/Hanoi, then we take you to the airport for the flight back home. Your tour finishes with memories.

ORGANISATION

Tour guide: English speaking guides (on sites)

Closed sites: Some sites might be closed during the time you visit Vietnam (e.g. the HCM mausoleum in Hanoi is closed on Mondays and Fridays). Please consult with your travel agent if you want to have further information concerning this issue.

Hotel: We use 3 hotels in city and 4star resort in Phu Quoc with double/twin shared room. Upgrade is available on request. Check – in: 14:00; out: 12:00 noon. Early check in if it is subject to availability.

Ha Long Bay: Shared deluxe junk, double shared cabin aboard the boat. Upgrade is available at your request.

Car/Van Quality: Using new AC car or van depending on your group size.

Meals: Vietnam foods and seafoods. If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us know. We will arrange it for you in advance.

What to Bring: Passport, change of clothes, sunglasses and hat, toiletries, sunblock, insect repellent, flashlights, good sport shoes, personal first aid kit and medicines, small VND notes for buying drinks. If you feel the need then sleeping bags and a cable lock for your bags is recommended.
